"Never thought a travel agent could be so helpful and on top of things. Karen meticulously planned out all of the details of our trip. She was always available to answer our questions. (And we had many!) )She planned an Alaskan cruise with excursions and a land customized vacation for our family. Karen even made sure that our dietary restrictions were accommodated. She even called us at 4am to wake us up! We slept through our alarm clock, and our airport driver contacted her. At each hotel we stayed at, Karen send us welcome notes and thoughtful and useful gifts. She even send us goggles to a hotel with an indoor pool! During our trip we had some questions, and Karen was readily available to help us. Many times people sell you things and then they disappear. This was not the case with our travel agent Karen. I contracted with Karen to secure the booking arrangements for a very special trip for me and my wife. A trip that was literally going to take place in less than 1-month (gulp!). I was desperate for some time away on short notice and Karen sent me some options and took care of everything. Not only did I not have to worry about anything, I saved money! I got a free night, free breakfasts, late check-out and a room upgrade all for booking through Karen. She asked me great questions about special needs or wants my family might have, things I wouldn’t have thought of in advance. She confirmed my room for me the day we were arriving, notified them we would be late getting in and followed up after the trip to make sure everything went well.
