I design bespoke travel itineraries for my clients based on their specific interests and travel requirements.
My services also include bookings for Hotels, Cruises, Tours, Trains, Safaris and Special Events (show tickets in Las Vegas, New York and London; sporting event packages such as tennis and golf Championships and Formula One; special dining experiences ).
I can arrange destination weddings, plan multi-generational family celebrations, babymoons, honeymoons, girls' getaways, affinity travel - trips with defined interest groups such as Spiritual Journeys, Wellness Retreats, Golf, Fishing, Heritage Trips, Architecture and Photography Tours, Food & Wine Tours, and Adventure trips for adrenaline seekers.
Pricing
Creating a customized itinerary takes time. I charge a non-refundable planning fee for my services that covers all consulting sessions with my clients in addition to the preparation of an itemized, daily proposal for the agreed-upon destination (s). I work very collaboratively with my clients until they are completely satisfied with the itinerary. I manage the accommodation, touring, transfer services, event bookings and all of the reconfirmations as required. I am available for support throughout the entire trip. Clients are welcome to arrange loyalty and reward air and hotel reservations independently as part of the travel itinerary, but the management and support for these bookings will remain the client's responsibility throughout the trip.
Planning Fees: Begin at $250 per country, for leisure trips lasting no more than 14 days with a maximum of 6 travelers. Please enquire if your trip exceeds these parameteres as the planning fee is implemented based on the scope of work involved in the trip. Destination wedding and affinity group travel will incur planning fees that will be quoted after the first consultancy with the client.
